Week 5: Do You Have To Be Friends With Your Co-Workers?

I believe that you don't have to be friends with your co-workers because it would distract you and you would mess around more. But I also believe that you should be friends with your co-workers because they will have more respect for you and you wont feel uncomfortable at work. You also wont feel like your working around strangers. But in conclusion no you don't have to be friends with your co-workers. If they give the effort and try to be friends then i believe you should. It would make work fun and you will never feel alone or bored.

Week 4: Do you think it is OK for employees to take things from work for their personal use.

I think it is okay for employees to take things from work as long as they have permission. If they just take it to have it  and to keep then it is not okay. If it is yours or in your position then it is okay to take home. But if you take it without permission then technically it is stealing. A lot of people can get in trouble for stealing and not being responsible and asking or saying your going to take. So in conclusion you shouldn't take anything from your work for your own personnel use without permission.
